touchABA는 성인 교사 및 교육 종사자를 위한 행동 관찰 및 기능평가 보조 앱입니다.
현재 iPhone 버전은 계정 가입, 외부 서버 동기화, 광고, 분석 SDK, 음성입력 기능을 사용하지 않는 로컬 전용 앱입니다.
관찰 기록과 평가 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
1.적용 대상
본 방침은 Apple App Store에 배포되는 iPhone용 touchABA 앱에 적용됩니다. 이 앱은 만 18세 이상의 교사, 치료사, 교육 종사자 등 성인 사용자를 대상으로 하며 아동을 대상으로 제공되지 않습니다.
2.개발자가 수집하는 개인정보
현재 버전의 touchABA는 회원가입, 로그인, 외부 서버 저장, 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. 따라서 개발자는 앱을 통해 사용자의 이메일, 이름, 비밀번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 오디오 파일, 광고 식별자 또는 사용 분석 데이터를 수집하거나 전송받지 않습니다.
앱은 iOS WKWebView 및 Capacitor 기반으로 동작합니다. 관찰 기록이나 평가 데이터는 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
3.기기에 저장되는 데이터
앱 사용 과정에서 다음 데이터가 사용자의 기기 안에 로컬 데이터로 저장될 수 있습니다.
- 기록자 표시명: 사용자가 직접 입력한 기록자 이름 또는 별칭입니다. 파일을 내보낼 때 누가 기록했는지 표시하기 위해 사용됩니다.
- 학생/대상자 구분 정보: 앱이 자동 생성하는 번호 또는 사용자가 선택적으로 입력한 별칭입니다.
- 학생 카드 배경 사진: 사용자가 카메라로 촬영하거나 사진 보관함에서 선택한 이미지입니다. 카드를 구분하기 위한 워터마크로 사용되며 카드용 크기로 축소되어 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 관찰 및 평가 기록: 행동 기록, 발생 시간, 지속시간, 강도, ABC 정보, 활동, 배경 사건, 메모, 면담 기록, MAS 응답, 지원계획, 앱 설정 등 사용자가 작성한 내용입니다.
- 로컬 식별자: 기록 정리, 가져오기/내보내기 중복 방지, 로컬 데이터 구분을 위해 앱이 생성한 기기 내 식별자 및 관찰자 식별자입니다. 이 값은 개발자에게 전송되지 않으며 광고 추적에 사용되지 않습니다.
- 구독 상태 캐시: 프리미엄 구독 권한 확인을 위해 앱 안에 구독 활성 여부가 로컬로 저장될 수 있습니다.
위 데이터는 개발자가 수집하는 데이터가 아니라, 앱 기능 제공을 위해 사용자의 기기에 저장되는 로컬 데이터입니다.
4.학생 개인정보 입력에 관한 안내
앱은 학생을 기본적으로 2026 학생 1과 같은 자동 번호로 구분하도록 설계되어 있습니다. 사용자는 편의를 위해 별칭이나 메모를 입력할 수 있으나, 실명, 학교명, 연락처, 주소, 주민등록번호 등 직접 식별 가능한 개인정보를 입력하지 않는 것을 권장합니다.
학생 카드 배경에 실제 학생 사진을 사용하는 경우 보호자 동의, 소속 기관의 개인정보 보호 규정 및 관련 법령을 확인해야 합니다. 선택한 사진은 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
사용자가 자유 입력란에 개인정보를 직접 입력한 경우에도 해당 정보는 기본적으로 기기에만 저장됩니다. 다만 사용자가 내보내기 또는 공유 기능을 사용하면 해당 정보가 파일에 포함될 수 있으므로, 파일 공유 전 내용을 반드시 확인해야 합니다.
5.홈 위젯 및 App Group 저장소
iPhone 홈 화면 위젯 기능을 사용하기 위해 앱과 위젯은 iOS App Group 공유 컨테이너에 일부 데이터를 저장할 수 있습니다.
공유 컨테이너에는 위젯 표시와 빠른 기록 기능을 위해 선택된 학생 표시명 또는 초성, 표적행동명, 오늘/주간 기록 수, 마지막 기록 시각, 위젯에서 생성된 기록 대기열 등이 저장될 수 있습니다. 이 데이터는 앱과 위젯 사이에서만 사용되며 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
6.저장, 내보내기 및 공유
앱 데이터는 사용자의 기기 저장소에 보관됩니다. 개발자는 자체 서버, 외부 서버 또는 클라우드 데이터베이스를 통해 데이터를 저장하거나 동기화하지 않습니다.
사용자가 직접 관찰 기록 내보내기, PDF 보고서 생성, 엑셀 보고서 생성 기능을 실행하는 경우, 앱은 비밀번호로 보호되는 파일을 생성할 수 있습니다. 해당 파일에는 학생 관찰 데이터, 평가 내용, 메모, 보고서 내용이 포함될 수 있습니다.
파일 공유는 사용자의 명시적 조작으로 iOS 공유 시트 또는 사용자가 선택한 앱을 통해 이루어집니다. 공유 후 수신 앱, 메신저, 이메일, 클라우드 서비스에서의 처리는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
사용자의 기기 설정에 따라 iCloud 또는 iPhone 백업 기능이 앱의 로컬 데이터를 백업할 수 있습니다. 이는 사용자의 기기, Apple ID 및 iCloud 설정에 의해 관리됩니다.
7.인앱 구독 및 결제
touchABA는 프리미엄 기능 제공을 위해 Apple App Store의 인앱 구독을 사용할 수 있습니다. 구독 구매, 갱신, 취소, 환불, 결제수단 정보 처리는 Apple을 통해 이루어지며 Apple의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
개발자는 사용자의 카드번호, 계좌정보 등 결제수단 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 앱은 구독 기능 제공을 위해 Apple StoreKit을 통해 구독 권한 상태를 확인하고, 앱 안에 구독 활성 여부를 로컬로 저장할 수 있습니다.
8.제3자 제공 및 판매
개발자는 앱 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 현재 버전은 광고 네트워크, 분석 도구, 오류 수집 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
Apple App Store 자체의 앱 설치, 업데이트, 구독, 결제, 환불, 리뷰, 보안 및 정책 처리에는 Apple의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다.
9.보관 및 삭제
로컬 데이터는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 사용자는 앱의 전체 데이터 초기화 기능, iOS 앱 삭제, 또는 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 통해 기기에 저장된 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
내보낸 파일이나 다른 앱으로 공유한 사본은 touchABA에서 원격으로 삭제할 수 없으므로, 사용자가 직접 해당 파일과 수신처의 사본을 삭제해야 합니다. 현재 앱은 계정을 생성하지 않으므로 별도의 계정 삭제 절차는 적용되지 않습니다.
10.보안
앱은 서버로 관찰 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다. 내보내기 파일, PDF 보고서, 엑셀 보고서는 사용자가 설정한 비밀번호를 기반으로 보호될 수 있습니다. 다만 로컬 데이터의 안전성은 사용자의 기기 잠금, OS 보안, 백업 설정, 공유 대상 관리에 영향을 받습니다.
11.아동의 개인정보
touchABA는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 직접 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱은 성인 교육 종사자가 관찰 기록을 작성하는 도구입니다. 사용자는 학생을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 입력하지 않도록 주의해야 합니다.
12.방침 변경
앱 기능, 저장 방식, 법령 또는 App Store 정책 변경에 따라 본 방침이 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.
touchABA is a behavior observation and functional assessment aid for adult teachers and education professionals.
The current iPhone version is a local-only app with no account sign-up, external server sync, advertising, analytics SDK, or voice input feature.
Observation records and assessment data are stored on the user's device by default and are not sent to the developer's server.
1.Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the touchABA app for iPhone distributed on the Apple App Store. The app is intended for adult users aged 18 or older, such as teachers, therapists, and education professionals. It is not directed to children.
2.Personal Information Collected by the Developer
The current version of touchABA does not use account registration, login, external server storage, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs. The developer does not collect or receive users' email addresses, names, passwords, location, contacts, photos, audio files, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics through the app.
The app is built with iOS WKWebView and Capacitor. Observation records and assessment data are not sent to the developer's server.
3.Data Stored on the Device
During app use, the following data may be stored locally on the user's device:
- Recorder display name: a name or nickname entered by the user, used to show who created records when files are exported.
- Student or subject labels: app-generated numbers or optional aliases entered by the user.
- Student card background photo: an image taken with the camera or selected from the photo library by the user. It is resized for the card, used as a watermark to distinguish cards, and stored only on the device.
- Observation and assessment records: behavior records, timestamps, duration, intensity, ABC details, activities, setting events, notes, interview records, MAS responses, support plans, and app settings.
- Local identifiers: device-local identifiers and observer identifiers generated by the app to organize records and prevent duplicates during import/export. These values are not sent to the developer and are not used for advertising tracking.
- Subscription status cache: the app may store whether premium subscription access is active in order to provide subscription features.
This data is local app data stored on the user's device for app functionality. It is not data collected by the developer.
4.Student Personal Information
The app is designed to identify students by automatically generated labels such as 2026 Student 1. Users may optionally enter aliases or notes for convenience, but we recommend not entering directly identifying information such as real names, school names, contact details, addresses, or government identification numbers.
Before using an identifiable student photo as a card background, users should confirm guardian consent, their organization's privacy requirements, and applicable laws. Selected photos are not sent to the developer's server.
If a user enters personal information in free-text fields, that information remains on the device by default. However, if the user exports or shares records, the information may be included in the exported file. Users should review the file contents before sharing.
5.Home Widget and App Group Storage
To provide the iPhone home-screen widget, the app and widget may store limited data in an iOS App Group shared container.
The shared container may include the selected student's display name or initial, target behavior name, today's and weekly counts, last record time, and pending records created from the widget. This data is used only between the app and the widget and is not sent to the developer's server.
6.Storage, Export, and Sharing
App data is stored on the user's device. The developer does not store or sync data through a developer-operated server, an external server, or a cloud database.
When the user intentionally uses record export, PDF report generation, or Excel report generation features, the app may create password-protected files. These files may include student observation data, assessment content, notes, and report contents.
File sharing occurs only through the user's explicit action via the iOS share sheet or an app selected by the user. After sharing, the recipient app, messenger, email service, or cloud service processes the file under its own privacy policy.
Depending on the user's device settings, iCloud or iPhone backup may back up local app data. This is controlled by the user's device, Apple ID, and iCloud settings.
7.In-App Subscriptions and Payment
touchABA may use Apple App Store in-app subscriptions to provide premium features. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment method processing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.
The developer does not directly collect or store users' card numbers, bank account details, or other payment method information. The app may use Apple StoreKit to check subscription entitlement status and may store the active subscription status locally inside the app.
8.Third-Party Sharing and Sale
The developer does not sell or provide app data to third parties. The current version does not use ad networks, analytics tools, or crash reporting tools.
Apple's own terms and privacy policy may apply to App Store functions such as app installation, updates, subscriptions, payments, refunds, reviews, security, and policy processing.
9.Retention and Deletion
Local data remains on the device until the user deletes it. Users can delete locally stored data through the app's reset-all-data feature, by deleting the iOS app, or through device settings where available.
Exported files and copies shared to other apps cannot be deleted remotely by touchABA. Users must delete those files and recipient copies themselves. Because the current app does not create user accounts, account deletion procedures do not apply.
10.Security
The app does not transmit observation data to a server. Exported files, PDF reports, and Excel reports may be protected based on a password set by the user. However, the security of local data also depends on the user's device lock, OS security, backup settings, and management of sharing recipients.
11.Children's Privacy
touchABA is not directed to children and does not collect personal information directly from children. It is a tool for adult education professionals to create observation records. Users should avoid entering information that directly identifies students.
12.Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to app features, storage methods, laws, or App Store policies. Material changes will be announced through the app or this page.
